The brand new and super modern holiday bungalow located near the ski area Spital am Pyhrn was recently completed (December 2018) and is fully equipped. Its area is 82 m2, it has 2 bedrooms and offers enough space for the whole family or a group of friends. One of the highlights is the 27m2 sun terrace, which extends over the whole front part of the house. It offers stunning views of the mountains and forests of the region, and since spring 2019 it will be equipped with modern patio furniture. It is ideal for relaxing with friends or family while enjoying the sunset. The exterior was made of larch wood by the master carpenter of the region and the interior was made mainly of oak solid wood by carpenters from the region.
The two bedrooms are furnished with Austrian furniture and are very bright and modern. The beds, shelves and bedside tables are made of oak wood by the carpenter. The spacious living room offers a sofa bed, a coffee table and a new 49 inches Smart TV, which includes Netflix and Amazon Prime. The seating area can accommodate up to 6 people, so the whole family can enjoy the dinner together, having a panoramic view of Schwarzenberg in the region Spital am Pyhrn.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers many kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils. The kitchenette consists of a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. The toaster, the filter coffee machine, the Nespresso coffee machine and the kettle are always at your disposal. Furthermore, there are dishes and cutlery, dishcloths, dishwashing detergents and dishwasher tablets. The wardrobe and shelves, kitchen, dining and living area form a large room.
The bathroom contains a shower cubicle with glass wall, as well as the basic equipment (lit mirror cabinet, sink, storage space, shelf, towel dryer, soap, towels, hair dryer, toilet paper, ...). It is a bright and modern room.
The heating in the holiday deluxe bungalow Mountain View Wood consists of floor heating and works by means of environmentally friendly air source heat pump that uses no raw materials.
In the common garden you can use all the garden furniture (dining tables, chairs, deck chairs). In summer you can enjoy the sun, and in winter you can build a snowman after having skied at Wurzeralm, or have a snowball fight with children, friends or your partner. The children's playground, which belongs to the apartment, makes children's hearts beat faster.
The Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard will be provided free of charge during the summer season (May - October). Therefore you benefit from many free services as well as numerous reductions in the region Spital am Pyhrn, Windischgarsten, Hinterstoder. You can find more information under "further important information". Our holiday house and our apartments in Spital am Pyhrn are located a few minutes’ drive from the center, the ski area Wurzeralm and from Windischgarsten.
Our accommodation in Spital am Pyhrn offers a place for a total of 6 people. In the two bedrooms there are double beds, in the living room you can find a sofa bed, on which 2 more people can spend the night.

Our prices differ depending on high season and low season. From an occupancy of more than 4 people, we charge 10 € surcharge for the 5th person per night.
After the booking you will receive from us the booking confirmation and the invoice with our bank details. A deposit of 20% has to be paid upon booking. The remaining payment must be done at the latest 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policies: Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival - We will charge 20% of the total amount. Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival – We will charge 100% of the total amount.
Check in is possible from 15:00 (earlier arrival on request), check out is latest at 10:30.
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge! The bungalow offers a modern barbecue grill.
Our ski boot dryer in the main house Mountain View offers space for up to 10 pairs of ski boots, and you are very welcome to use it!
The garden is a common area for the guests of the holiday deluxe bungalow Mountain View Wood and the Mountain View I and Mountain View II apartments. You can find a large playground with a swing and a slide there!
Our Deluxe Bungalow Mountain View Wood in Oberweng - Spital am Pyhrn - is situated on a hill in a secluded location. The driveway to the property is paved and easy to drive on throughout the year. In winter, there is a regular snow removal service all the way to the bungalow.
The village Spital am Pyhrn on the foothills of the Pyhrnpass is located 3 km south of our holiday apartments Mountain View. There you can find everything you need for a pleasant stay in the Pyhrn-Priel region: ADEG supermarket, GP, pharmacy, restaurants, banks, sports shops, ski rental, various services such as hairdresser and newsagents. In the traditional bakery/confectionary Kemetmüller or in the new ArtCafe you can treat yourself to a piece of cake or an ice-cream sundae, before heading towards the sights of the area Spital am Pyhrn - Windischgarsten. The collegiate church „Dom am Pyhrn“, the coffee pot museum and the blacksmith workshop Lindermayr are all worth a visit. In case of a nice weather you should definitely take a trip to Dr. Vogelsang Klamm, to the artificial lake Edlbach where you can also find a golf court, or to the picturesque Gleinkersee.
In 4 km north of our house Spital am Pyhrn Mountain View Wood in Windischgarsten you will find historic stately homes, as well as many leisure opportunities and bars for an active night life, such as Almrausch, Pepito and Monte. There is a bakery and a confectionary, a DIY store, a florist, an optician and various supermarkets (Billa, Penny, Spar, Unimarkt), a schnapps distillery, banks and various services such as a nail studio, post office, as well as emergency services such as police, fire brigade, paramedics, doctors. The town centre of Windischgarsten, the parish church St. Jakob as well as the surrounding national park Kalkalpen are all worth visiting.
Public transport: The train station Spital am Pyhrn is situated 4km from the accommodation. There is a bus service No 911 from Edlbach at Pyhrn Grundner to the train station Spital am Pyhrn. The bus 911 leaves Liezen train station heading to Windischgarsten via Spital am Pyhrn.
Arrival by car from Linz: take the motorway A1 direction Salzburg, change at junction Voralpenkreuz onto motorway A9 Pyhrn motorway. Leave the motorway at junction 48 - Roßleithen and follow the Bundesstraße 138 direction Spital am Pyhrn. Turn left at Gasthof Grundner and follow the road until you see the house number Oberweng 163 - turn right there and drive till the end of the road. You will find four private parking places there.
